The Lauer Latte

Frequently asked questions

Everything about placing an order, prepaying by Venmo, your order number, delivery areas and our certified ingredients.

How do I place an order with The Lauer Latte?

+

Pick your item — The Lauer Latte No Ice (milk already in) or No Ice, No Milk (the caramel espresso shot) — choose your milk, set the quantity, then enter your name, phone, email and delivery details. Submitting the form generates your order number and sends you to Venmo to prepay.

How do I pay? Do I have to prepay?

+

Yes. All orders are prepaid by Venmo to @thelauerlatte. After you submit the form you'll see your order total and be redirected to Venmo. Your order is only confirmed once the Venmo payment comes through.

What do I put in the Venmo note?

+

Put your order number in the Venmo note (for example LL-A1B2C3D4). That's how we match your payment to your order. If you forget, email thelauerlatte@gmail.com with your order number right away.

What is my order number and where do I find it?

+

Every order gets a unique order number that starts with LL- followed by eight characters. It appears on the confirmation screen right after you submit, is pre-filled into the Venmo note, and is included in your confirmation email. Catering inquiries use PTY- numbers and vending or retail inquiries use VND- numbers.

How much does delivery cost and where do you deliver?

+

Delivery is free inside The Stellar in Emerald Hills, $5.00 around Hollywood, and $10.00 to Miami and Boca Raton. Miami and Boca deliveries require 6 or more items.

Is there a discount for larger orders?

+

Yes — buy 5 items and your 6th is 50% off, applied automatically at checkout. Sales tax of 7% is included in the total you send over Venmo.

How does delivery work?

+

The Lauer Latte is delivery only. We bring your order to your door at The Stellar, Emerald Hills, around Hollywood, and to Miami and Boca Raton, and we'll text you to coordinate the drop-off.

Is The Lauer Latte kosher?

+

The ingredients we use are certified kosher — OU-D and KSA-Pareve. The Lauer Latte itself is not a certified establishment.

What's the difference between the No Ice latte and the espresso shot?

+

The Lauer Latte No Ice already has your milk in it — just pour it over ice. The No Ice, No Milk option is the caramel espresso shot only; you add ice and about 6oz of milk yourself. Both are perfect to prep before Shabbat morning.

Do you cater events and smachot?

+

Yes. We cater brissim, bar and bat mitzvahs, kiddushim, bridal showers, bachelorettes and backyard parties across South Florida. Use the catering page to send an inquiry and we'll follow up with details.
